#1 Agents Allocations
topThe Agents Allocation enables the user to update quickly reference agent within customer registers.
Through filters that are at the top of the procedure it is possible to identify customers for account/detail account/description, language, nation, region, province, area or with the related agent assigned.
In the first grid it will be possible to view customer who can fulfill filter criteria, while in the second visible grid it will be possible to view any detail of agent card for each selected customer.
In the last grid it will be possible to indicate an agents list to be managed in updating, according to the following options:
1) It is possible to add these agents to the ones that are located in the selected customer register of the first grid
2) It is possible to delete all agents that are located in the selected customer register and to insert the already set ones
3) In case of a single agent filter, it will be activated the substitution button with which the filter agent would be substituted by the set ones. If agent, who substitutes, is already located in customer register, there will be no customer modification.
Once having performed the operation, system will perform a refresh of filter data and an emptying of section of agents to be assigned.
RIBBON BAR: the ribbon bar represents the Form menu, that is the area on which it is possible to perform actions linked to the procedure in use. The possible features list is the following:
